They went out of their way to find a good priced tire with high mileage warranty at a different store and shipped it to the Brea store for me.

I went to the place where I purchased the tires for the tire repair and was told that that it was near the end of the day and they couldn't take anymore cars. I then brought the vehicle to Big O and was told that they could accomodate me. I would have to wait, but that was fine since there was about an hour left until closing time.

Good tires on a budget, but wasn't expecting to have to replace the shocks for another $510

Good visit, came in for happy car special with alignment check. Tech discovered I had a cross threaded lug nut - I was showed the problem and given a choice not to rotate or let them break off the nut and stud and it would be replaced for $56 - everything was finished and Kevin then checked alignment and adjusted as necessary since I was within one year from last alignment so all good - was quoted I think $52 all in for happy car special and $56 for stud replace and total bill was $118 including all the disposal fees, taxes, taxes on the taxes and Governor hair gel fee. All in all a good visit and while I was sitting there a woman came in and her air in tires was adjusted no charge and another guy thought he had a tire leak but Tech put the tire in water and could not find a problem so he was sent on his way no charge. That's nice to see while in the waiting room. So keep the coupons coming, life is expensive these days everything helps!

Keep trying to charge me for service that just did 7500 miles ago.
