Big O Tires

Left vehicle in morning to get an oil change and alignment. Needed it back before 5pm so I could make it to daughter's awards ceremony. Service manager assured this would not be a problem. I specifically said if necessary, I could come back to one or both service items later. Found out that they did not do the oil change at 4:45 and started it any ways. Got my vehicle back at 5:45. No acknowledgement of their poor customer service, time management, no apologies. I'm sorry I went there.

The worst car maintenance experience Ive had in many years. Big-O wasnt able to get anything right after multiple trips. They put too much oil in my engine for an oil change, new tire blew within 50 miles of purchase, and the replacement tire had a leak. Then they put too much air in the tires, and they didnt provide the TPMS sensors that I paid for new. I have to go in for a 4th visit. Just awful.
