Big O Tires

I really like this location, the guys are nice and the waiting area is really clean. However, it took them twice as long to service my car than they estimated. They said it would take 2 hours and it took 4. Probably the earlier in the day you get there, the better. I went in about 12:30.

The gentleman to checked me in was amazing. He was courteous and very helpful. I only gave this experience a 3 because it was recommended that I get my air filter changed, which they said would take about 30 minutes because they didnt have the part in stock. Over an hour later I finally got my filter changed.

I ordered tires and they waited till the end of the day then told me that size would not fit. They said the mounted one of the tires and checked but none of the 4 tires were wet and I know for a fact that they use a water and soap solution to put the tires on and off the rim. So that was a lie. And the size I ordered was the exact same diameter as the stock tires and rims. I told them I wanted the old tires back and they did not give them to me. not the greatest experience

I was highly satisfied with my big O Tire experience, because a lot of companies try to take advantage and give me these outrageous prices and thing to fix on my car as well as long wait time for simple easy to fix things. But here they gave me a list of things to fix that was important and practical to fix with a decent price.

I did not have my car serviced at Big O tires. Not sure why I'm getting this email.

Horrible service. Brakes scream and had to put it back in to fix what they messed up in the 1st visit. Went in for a 2nd visit and cost about $1000. When the I got the vehicle back the check engine light was blinking.

Good service and good price on tires I took 2 of my cars for new tires this week and was very pleased overall and will probably start getting my oil change there with my tire rotation
