I compared prices and with the “buy 3 get 4” Big O was the best. They got the tires the same day and price matched for an alignment. Everything was very smooth.

Came in and ws greeted promptly with a smile and asked how he could help me. I told him I had an appointment for oil change and had a Groupon. Quickly checked me in and told me it would be around 30-45 min. I waited in the waiting area. It felt like only 20 minutes and he was done with my car. I wasn't looked down upon for using a Groupon. He explained the extra charge upfront for the disposal fee. He mentioned I may need tires in 5k miles. I asked for a quote and he printed it out. Everything was quick, professional and easy so I could go on with my day.
