went in for a simple tire rotation and got an oil change too - friendly staff and job was done as promised in time

Big o dealt with a complicated engine problem for me. Even though I had to come back a couple times they saw it through till the end and even went the extra mile to make sure my work truck stayed on the road. Special thanks to their head mechanic Greg, the head manager Enrique, and their sweetheart customer service gal Shana.

This is a very friendly, but professional operation. I brought them some specialty wheels and tires to mount that are only supposed to be done by experts and they didn't bat and eye and got them perfect...Good people - very competent technically, and definitely a place that I will recommend.

I came in for two tires and service was prompt and courteous

Got there early for an oil change and to switch my snow tires out, they accomplished this in about an hour and a half and fixed a headlight connector also for no extra charge. I've been bringing my vehicles ( and my Moms) there for service for years. If you have a problem they can't fix, they'll advise you where to take it. Great service, I recommend.

Super friendly help at the desk. Very friendly and cheerful young woman helped me. They gave good advice and were great with replacing my punctured tire. Good advice and service was done quite quickly as promised.

It's the end of the day - I found a nail in my tire & the staff @ Big O in Sonora was amazing! They fixed my tire quickly & were so gracious about it being near closing. The manager Johny Eastman was professional & personal & his staff was quick & friendly. Thank you Big O!!!

It took awhile for my car to be pulled into the garage but all in all the work was done professionally

I would like to see one major improvement to all Big O's. That all employees wear gloves while working. And that they remove their gloves when they touch your car. Keeping the grease and oil off the paint, car keys, the door handles and the steering wheel. I like that, they put the piece of paper on the floor mat. In addition to that, the employee should have access to a long blanket that they throw over their back when they sit down in the driver seat. One side of the blanket is for the car seat and always stays clean. The other side of the blanket is always dirty for the employee to sit on. That way the car seat stays clean.

Excellent customer service. Even know your representatives were busy when I walked in they greeted me and advised me they would be with me shortly. Shop staff very customer oriented. Explained everything they did to my vehicle. Showed and explained the results of the front end alignment check. Very happy with my experience at this Big O Tire store.

When I took my car there I told them they needed to reset the dashboard for the service. When they returned the car to me it had a different service needed screen being displayed and when I ask about it, they told me they didn't know how to clear it and would have had to charge me extra to do an analysis, so they left it. I was in the waiting room, they could have come and discussed it with me, but did not. To me they did not do as I ask and gave up on finding the answer and just left it. Unacceptable.

Both Greg and Enrique were absolutely awesome! I worked at Nordstrom for 15 years and I haven't experienced such great customer service someplace else ever. Needless to say, my bar is set extremely high. Great job guys!!
