No appointment and they took care of my problem

There were two things that were totally annoying and not in anyway in obvious control of the wonderful sales people at the counter or the mechanics in the garage. Making the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous sales people who are already obviously busy (sometimes swamped), answer the phone with all the sales pitch offers is downright rude and inefficient to their time and the customers time. If the general public wants to know about specials being offered they will ask. I suggest you don't waste their time and mine by making them say all that nonsense it is just ridiculous. I am not buying a pizza from Papa Murphy's. The other thing is, put stickers in the windshield so I know when I need my next oil change. I cant remember when I had my last change. Please. Otherwise, my entire experience, the value you offer for product and your facility are all top notch. I will send friends and family members there and continue to come back myself. I've been having service performed sense 2008 with the last two cars and now my 2000 Lincoln Ls. that I just bought a month ago. The length of time I started their I never had to go back from something that was performed of each visit.

Your service advisor arranged for the shipment of the tires that I requested (none in stock) from Sacramento and assured me that they would be on hand for Friday installation. It all happened as she said it would. Thank you all for good customer service!

As I explained while paying my invoice, I'e been frauded before by AAMCO, in the Bay Area. So even though my car is now 10 years old, and just past the original 50,000 miles, I know if anything needs fixing, BIG-O is where I'm taking it. It was also nice doing business with a lady.

This is the best place in the county to take your car for tires, etc.! The Personnel was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I always take my cars here and have been for several years. A+ service!

I was visiting from out of town on a very busy Saturday at Big O. The staff worked very hard to get me in and out in one day. There were some unexpected repairs, but Big O still got the job done, staying past closing to get the work done.
