Big O Tires

Had an unrepairable flat tire and they explained why needed to purchase set of four rather than one because of tread differential, even though the other 3 original tires had a little tread left. Got a great deal with buy 3 get the 4th free. They replaced the flat tire immediately (I had removed it from car and hauled it to store) and since it was too late to take it back home and return with the car that day worked us into their schedule the first thing on the next day they were opened. We continue to get great service and the staff are great people to work with. Bill

I made a online appointment that was never relayed to the store the appointment was made for. The staff made room to fit me in at the appionted time with no issues

We have been a customer for several years. We trust Big O Tires for honesty and clear and precise accuracy relating to all needs for our Jaguar. Thank You for your service and your compassion to my husband who needs a walker the clerk opened the door for him and made him laugh by asking "do you need air in your tires on your walker" This put a smile on my husbands face. For that alone we are grateful.

There were two things that were totally annoying and not in anyway in obvious control of the wonderful sales people at the counter or the mechanics in the garage. Making the friendly, knowledgeable and courteous sales people who are already obviously busy (sometimes swamped), answer the phone with all the sales pitch offers is downright rude and inefficient to their time and the customers time. If the general public wants to know about specials being offered they will ask. I suggest you don't waste their time and mine by making them say all that nonsense it is just ridiculous. I am not buying a pizza from Papa Murphy's. The other thing is, put stickers in the windshield so I know when I need my next oil change. I cant remember when I had my last change. Please. Otherwise, my entire experience, the value you offer for product and your facility are all top notch. I will send friends and family members there and continue to come back myself. Jason made the appt. with me on the phone. He was very courteous and helpful. I couldn't find my $10 off coupon but he said they would give me the discount anyway. When I checked in Shawn was also very courteous and helpful. I wish it were possible for you to return to putting a sticker in the window showing when the next oil change should be.

I went here after another tire company in town wanted 1300.00 for tires. The were a lot cheaper at Big O tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable , greeted you as soon as you walked in, and finished in a timely matter . Thank you Big O

All contact and service at the local store was excellent. One problem encountered was with the Big O on-line reservation program. I made the reservation on-line and requested a 9 a.m appointment for the next day. We took the pickup in the evening before which we often do. When I was dropping it off the agent asked if we had dmade an on-line and received confirmations and I said yes, two. The local shop had not received a notification and he was fully booked for that time but said he would make it work. He mentioned they often don't receive any notification from that system. He came through with flying colors with the car ready for pickup by 9 the next day. He was great, but don't know if I will use the on-line reservation system again if notifications to the local store aren't received in a timely manner.

Very friendly got my tires taken care of for me in the same day, and had it ready for me to pick up on my lunch break! Very helpful and good price!
