Spur of moment decision to purchase new tires close to closing time. Larry was kind enough to remain open and Troy efficiently put the new tires on and gave car a good ck out.

Been going to Big O Sonora for a few years now and they are the best in all northern California! Midas was disappointing at best ,and the dealer charges too much most of the time and i have found mistakes in the reports, wrong measurements on breaks etc.Ask for Larry He's the Best...

Went to Sonora Big O because thought car needed an alignment. There was a bit of a wait but employees were very cordial and immediately explained the possible delay. Because of their communication we had no problem with the wait. As it turned out, we didn't need an alignment. It was a pleasant experience.

Quick service and the location was not too busy. They re always willing to accommodate any issues that arise.

The problem was no fault of Big O. They discovered it and resolved it which I appreciated very much.

Mark was so nice and so helpful! He most definitely made the experience better with his sense of humor. It's nice to be able to get along and joke around with someone while taking care of business. Angel was also very helpful letting me know what was wrong with my car, and going into specific details about everything.

Larry did a very good job in getting my tire repaired as rapidly as he could, less than an hour.

Shanna Kennedy was very helpful, I called in about some tires, she not only answered my questions, but recommend a tire that she uses on her own vehicle and I could not be more happy with the tires I purchased Thank you Brian

Guys were great Had a nail in a tire and was honest that he could do it but in 90 minutes We finished shopping and came in 90 minutes They took it in and fixed it in 20 minutes!! Awesome

I hate dealing with car things. This location made it so simple I will definitely be returning for other services

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stayed late while we waited for our ride to pick us up. The breakdown was a bad way to start vacation, but the staff helped us make the best of it.
