Big O Tires

It's the end of the day - I found a nail in my tire & the staff @ Big O in Sonora was amazing! They fixed my tire quickly & were so gracious about it being near closing. The manager Johny Eastman was professional & personal & his staff was quick & friendly. Thank you Big O!!!

Excellent customer service. Even know your representatives were busy when I walked in they greeted me and advised me they would be with me shortly. Shop staff very customer oriented. Explained everything they did to my vehicle. Showed and explained the results of the front end alignment check. Very happy with my experience at this Big O Tire store.

on Thursday before is when we scheduled the appointment for Saturday as the store did not have the tires we wanter, in stock. he orded them taht and they came in on friday . our appointment was for 2 PM Saturday. we arrived on time, checked in and then went to bank to transfer money to the proper account. the Bank was closed. We hurried back to big O AND expained the situaton to Larry. he ask how long would it take to go home and transfer fund online we said about 45 minutes. which we did Larry put us on the rack, we walked to Savemart to to get a few thing then to Rite-Aid to get and icecream and walked to backed to Big O and as we arrived they were backing my truck out of the work area. we went in to the store pid for the servicesand were on our way home. very please with the whole thing.

Both Greg and Enrique were absolutely awesome! I worked at Nordstrom for 15 years and I haven't experienced such great customer service someplace else ever. Needless to say, my bar is set extremely high. Great job guys!!

Because this is the only place to get my oil changed in Sonora Ca. It is efficient. And all I ever have them do , is change my oil.

Took truck in to have 50,000 mile 4x4 front end aligned. They thoroughly checked it and found I was totally good. No alignment needed. No charge. What a nice surprise.

After moving from Stockton to Angels Camp, I still drove to my preferred place for the oil change. But with gas prices so high, I decided to try Big O in Sonora. It not only saved me gas, but cost me $20.00 less for the same service! I will now visit Big O for all my up coming oil changes. Service was excellent, Staff was friendly, wait time was acceptable. Overall it was a pleasant experience, while saving money, gas AND driving time. THANK YOU, BIG O TIRES!!!

The store started work on my car almost immediately, finished about 3 hours quicker than I thought it would take, cheaper than what I expected, and the employees were friendly! They are great!

I've been using Big O for both of my vehicles since I moved to Sonora. I would say 3-4 years now, exclusively. They have handled a lot of issues on both vehicles. There have been a few issues now and again, i.e; my oil plug falling out directly after oil change within a mile of the shop. The guys that work there are always honest about what's up and they will follow through if they even suspect something is their fault. They are slow to blame the customer even when I've heard customers being unreasonable. I feel like I got gouged for the new starter in my 1992 Ford truck because of all the issues and visits prior to that. $500 for a starter install is pretty high all things considered, including prior visits where I was told it was either the Solenoid or the battery, both of which were changed prior to the starter. The only reason I keep going back is because of the honesty and the way we get along. I always say "please tell the mechanic to please double-check my oil plug" ~ (as I would if I were the mechanic) they don't cop attitudes. They know about the prior issue when they did NOT tighten it. They don't carry my size truck tires so I do have to go elsewhere. All good IMO

The Sonora Big O installed a custom lift kit from Icon Vehicle Dynamics. Big O did an excellent job!

The staff is friendly and does good work.
