Fast friendly service

As I explained while paying my invoice, I'e been frauded before by AAMCO, in the Bay Area. So even though my car is now 10 years old, and just past the original 50,000 miles, I know if anything needs fixing, BIG-O is where I'm taking it. It was also nice doing business with a lady.

Although we made a reservation for a 10 am appt online, it did not show up the the system at Big O. However, we were taken right in and attended to immediately upon arrival.

This is the best place in the county to take your car for tires, etc.! The Personnel was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. I always take my cars here and have been for several years. A+ service!

Owner was very friendly and explained why I needed new tires when I went for a tire rotation. No pressure to buy, but I knew new tires were needed soon. I rescheduled for a tire replacement and I got what I needed and they were installed quickly (not as fast as the hour we were quoted, but not inconveniently too much longer than that).

Took about an hour. Employees were not rude.

I was visiting from out of town on a very busy Saturday at Big O. The staff worked very hard to get me in and out in one day. There were some unexpected repairs, but Big O still got the job done, staying past closing to get the work done.

I appreciated the ride home, I live very close, because my car wasn't ready for a long time. I could have walked but I have a lot of medical problems. However, the parts ordered were incorrect and the parts need were more expensive. I did receive a very nice call from the mechanic with the new price quote. All the associates were extremely friendly!

I have been going to the Sonora store for a few years. I always receive great customer service when I drop in and make an appointment.

Great service and i didnt wait long.

This is a very friendly, but professional operation. I brought them some specialty wheels and tires to mount that are only supposed to be done by experts and they didn't bat and eye and got them perfect...Good people - very competent technically, and definitely a place that I will recommend.

Had low air in one tire. Tire was filled and staff recommend short drive to store to see if leaking. It was and drove back to Big O. WAs mid afternoon but you got toi it right away. Found a 4 inch nail, fixed it and at no cost since it is a Big O tire. Great service and great staff.

Got there early for an oil change and to switch my snow tires out, they accomplished this in about an hour and a half and fixed a headlight connector also for no extra charge. I've been bringing my vehicles ( and my Moms) there for service for years. If you have a problem they can't fix, they'll advise you where to take it. Great service, I recommend.

Worked hard to get my car worked on and finished in a short amount of time. Customer service was great as well. Very friendly
