Yesterday, Saturday, the oil in my car was changed at Big O. I have been having my car serviced at your Big O for some time now. I smelled a burning oil smell when I got home but thought perhaps a bit of oil had been dropped on the engine. On Sunday, today, I drove it to the hospital for an MRI appointment. Again, when I returned home I smelt the oil smell. Later in the evening my husband said it looked like there was oil on the garage floor where I park my car. We went to the garage where the car is kept, lifted up the car hood, and checked the oil. There was almost no oil on the dipstick. I then realized that the oil I had seen dripped onto my driveway was from my car! All of the oil had dripped out of my car and the oil smell was all of the oil from my car dripping down the engine, onto my driveway, and onto my garage floor!!! I had planned to take my car to Tracy in the morning (Monday) for an appointment; if we had not checked it I would have lost my car engine on the way. I am very upset with your store for this. I find it very hard to believe that your staff allowed this to happen and if it were not for us checking the oil in the car it would have been an even bigger disaster, with me losing my car engine and having to go around and around with your company to get a new engine. I will be at your door in the morning at 8 a.m. to get this fixed but now, most likely, I will not be able to take my own car to Tracy and will need to take my husband's car instead as my appointment is at 10:30 a.m. I am just thankful that we checked the oil! And, this should not have happened. There is no excuse. Additionally, I found the person at the counter who waited on me quite odd and not so very nice in the beginning, although he seemed nicer when I came to the counter to pay; I was not, however, comfortable with him at all.

I never have had worse service and treated more poorly than this place. First off I came in to get the $39 for 4 tires that I ordered online and made an appt for 10am the next day. Mark K. told me they don't stock those tires. So he says he can give me a deal close to that. I needed tires that day so I was stuck paying extra! I asked to keep 2 of my tires to use on a trailer. 3 hours later and $408.00 I am out the door in a hurry because I needed to make 2 more stops before work at 2pm. I stopped for gas and decided to check for the tires in the trunk? NOPE not there. I called and let them know I would be back after work to get them. I get there and they were not there waiting for me. So again I wait and OMG its not anyones job, Mark admitted he forgot to put it in the paperwork but he had to do something b4 he could get my tires. I left there around 5pm and as I am going down the highway my tire sensor light comes on!! I get home and I checked the tires and they seemed fine. I ate dinner and drove across the street to the lake to swim. When I got there my rear driver side tire was completely FLAT! I called AAA and they couldn't get anyone until 9pm. A friend came to help. After work on Tuesday I drove to Big O and told them my story and he tells me I must have run over something and he showed me where. No argument but I was right, it was the tire. He had them put on a new tire while I waited again. I also told Mark, it looked like a rushed job, all the white soap was all over the tire and they didn't look new. So he told another person I didn't catch his name (I wish I did)..he came in with in my opinion was a smart mouth tone and said he shined up my tires for me! I was steaming at this point but I kept my cool. Got in my car to leave and checked all 4 tires and the cap was missing to the tire and I checked on the spare and it was not put back where it was supposed to be and locked into place. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I went back into the store and that is exactly what I said...OMG are you kidding me??? I am 57 years old and I know how a person is supposed to be treated!! I am disgusted with the way I was treated I will not be back to even get my tires rotated and I will tell everyone I know of the shabby way I was treated, if you don't have the tires in stock then why do you have a sign out front and advertise a sale online??

After having my tires rotated the TPI system was not reprogrammed to show the tire pressures in the correct positions on my dash display. And I mentioned this needed to be done after the rotation. Still it was not done.

Repaired my vehicle in a timely manner with short notice

I went in on 3/7/18 as my vehicle was experiencing some balancing issues and asked for an alignment. I was told that my harmonic balancer needed to be replaced so I took care of that as well along with 4 new tires as that is what I was told needed to be done. After I drove it for a week I took it back in on 3/14/18 as I was still feeling some balancing issues. Now I am told that my motor mounts need to be replaced and quoted me over $800.00 for this repair. Why wasn't I told about this when they replaced the harmonic balancer since that is where they were working and why didn't they tell me last week that I may still feel some issues due to the motor mounts going out. I am a single working mother and need my vehicle now that I have spoken to some friends they say they should of told me that when these types of issues start to occur it isn't worth putting the money into the vehicle. I could of used that money I spent last week to look for another car. I am not very satisfied at all with the service I was given.

The staff does not seem to know what specials are advertised on their own website. I made the appt on line and picked the $54.99 oil change, when I checked in, the service guy said. Ok that is going to be $94 something. I said no, it should be $54.99, he said, oh, it they on Facebook? I told him. No. Your website, he said, oh they never let us know of specials. This is the second time I have gone there for this service and the second time they never know the correct price.

There was only one sales clerk in the office and he was answering the phone , answering questions / concerns regarding charges of customers, and seemed over loaded, and stressed,🤨trying to do all of the above, he needed assistance, as he seemed frustrated questions

I scheduled an appointment online for tires to be placed on my husband's truck. The appointment was made 5-6 days in advance of the scheduled appointment. I received a call from the shop saying that the tires I ordered were not in stock, but would be ready the next day. I was told the vehicle would be ready by 1:00 or 2:00 PM. I called to check on the status of the truck and I was told "they are finishing one more thing and then the mechanic will do a final check." This was at 2:45 PM. I dropped my husband off to pick up the truck at around 4:30 PM and the truck still wasn't done. He was not able to leave until 5:10 PM or so.
