A man told us on the phone that our car would be ready in an hour. My husband told him that we'd leave and would get there in about an hour. I interrupted and said "you call us when it's done and then we'll leave to go get it." We called them three hours later and they said it was almost ready. If we'd left after the first phone call, we would have had to wait in the parking lot for at least three hours. When we picked up the car, only 1 out of 3 employees in the building was wearing a mask.

Shanna was very helpful she provided me with a quote a few weeks prior to my service, she assisted me when I got to the store and was very friendly. Another male associate was also a huge help with making sure I got the right parts for my vehicle and was able to get the parts and the car done before close of the day. Overall it was a great experience.

Did not perform work in a time frame that was promised. Also had to wait extra time to have new air valves installed that were not installed.

Again, great service and staff. We have been using Sonora Big O for servicing our 1999 Toyota Tacoma for more than 16 years now and hopefully for many more.

I was the third person in the store at 8:00 when they opened, three hours later the 4 tires.were on but no alignment check. I has to leave figuring they took twice as long as initially promised and still had not completed the job. No offer to check the alignment at a different date.

As I reviewed on Yelp, your prices are pretty decent but customer service was very bad. I was treated like Big O was doing me a favor, and not as a valued customer. To be fair, when I dealt with Mark on the phone, he seemed knowledgeable and helpful. However he failed to inform me about the special going on that expired that day. So I missed out on $100 discount. Not insignificant! My experience with the rest of the employees was pretty poor! After giving a review on Yelp, your manager was even disrespectful and combative. Clearly your staff has no understanding of what customer service is. Your prices are good, and the products you offer are also good. But your business model fails in customer service. I would rather spend more money somewhere else and receive better customer service.

Waited 45 minutes only to be told they had to order the tire and put my spare on. Then returned the next day left my car at 8 am and returned at 5 pm only to wait another hour to have tire put on. Left at 6pm from big o. I got home only to find out the spare had not been put back but placed in the back of my car. When I called I was told to return and they would put it in the correct location. My boyfriend and did not want to go and waste more of our time waiting so we put the spare where it belonged in the cold and rain ourselves. This was a terrible experience and will not be returning if I can help it.

I have brought my car to this store about A year ago and had a terrible experience. I thought I would give it another try, but again highly disappointed. I brought my car in on 3/28 for service of oil change and tire rotation. I received a call shortly after dropping my car off stating I needed rear brakes and that they could have my car done that day. Needless to say, my car was not ready and was told on 3/29 that they were having difficulty finding the brakes pads but assured me that they would have them and the car would be finished on 3/30. I received a call on 3/30 stating my car was done and ready for pick up. When I arrived in the store, I was told they were unable find my brake pads. After 3 days of inconvenience of not having my car the service that was promised was not completed. Also, the mechanic was unable to remove scheduled maintenance from my dashboard. I will not be returning to any big O store and will not endorse or recommend

I've been having service performed sense 2008 with the last two cars and now my 2000 Lincoln Ls. that I just bought a month ago. The length of time I started their I never had to go back from something that was performed of each visit.

Came in for oil change,tire rotation and brake inspection. Wrong grade oil installed.tire rotation and brake inspection were not performed. Looks like I picked a bad day to get preventive maintenance done.

Got there for our appointment at 9:30. Went to breakfast came back car never move frimparking space. Complained now 11:00 still waiting. At 12:00 tgey clise diwn and go to lunchfor an hour. (All of them). We left. Ciuld not believe it. Worst seevice evet

I have used tire services at the Big O Tire store in Sonora, CA twice in the last year. A few months ago the tech put someone else's tires on my vehicle. Yesterday the salesperson sold and installed tires not rated for my class vehicle causing over 24hrs of frustration and wasted time. My trust is almost gone. Did you guys really change my oil? Who knows?
