Big O Tires

I would of given a top rating but the issue I came in for did not get addressed. The rear drivers side blinker was not working. They talked me into getting an oil change which I needed. But said tbey did not find anything wrong with my blinker. It still does not work. All it needed was either a fuse or a bulb which they have done for me many times in the past.

I am looking forward to working with the new management at the Sonora California store.

The customer service was great. The actual oil change took longer than expected so I was not able to pick it up until about a half hour after I got the call saying that it was done. I was VERY unhappy to get there and find my car parked in a public shopping center parking lot with the windows down and the doors unlocked. Anyone could have walked up and reached in, stealing my personal belongings and a good gust of wind (and it is winter) could have blown my paperwork out, and if the weather had turned into rain (which WAS in the forecast) then my car interior would have gotten wet. It was EXTREMELY careless!!!!! It was the first time something like that has happened while I used your service so I will go back again however if anything like that happens again, I will absolutely be taking my business and referrals elsewhere.

I went here after another tire company in town wanted 1300.00 for tires. The were a lot cheaper at Big O tires. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable , greeted you as soon as you walked in, and finished in a timely matter . Thank you Big O

My only disappointment was in the time it took to get 4 tires installed. I was told 1.5 - 2 hours and it took 5

Friendly staff and work done in the time promised.

They took about 6 hours for a oil change and somehow jacked up my undercarriage in the process. They "fixed"� it with zip ties but I feel pretty disrespected.

I believe your employees went beyond what I would consider adequate. I was very pleased with what they did for me. Thank you.

I made a 1pm appointment for a tire rotation (not a drop off time - there is a distinct difference). I was told it would be 45 minutes. That seemed like a long time to rotate tires, but I was able to kill some time in the adjacent shopping center. When I came back, my car had not moved. I was told I was next in line. In the end, it took over 2 hours for a tire rotation with no explanation or apology.

This place had some of the best service I have ever had they treated me well and with respect and any of my concerns were treated as if it were their own I explained the problems my car had they found the problems quickly and efficiently then proceeded to find the problems that were bothering me from before that carmax and the dodge dealerships couldn't find in 5 visits these guys found all the problems in one visit they will continue to receive ALL of my business in the future and with their credit program they have made it easy to not have any reason to not be able to repair or maintain your car these guys are true pros I trust them with all of my vehicles my vehicles carry precious cargo on a daily basis (my wife and kids) and when I take my cars to them I know I have a piece of mind leaving their establishment these guys are great they are hands down the best I've been to in a long time and they are honest they are all good people I give them my highest regards 10 stars if I could

I arrived at 8 a.m. was there for tire rotation 25 minutes later I asked how come my car had not been touched I was told it's cold outside let my guys get some coffee in them and warm up

Friendly staff, good prices, good flexibility of appointment times. I always take my newer car there for oil changes, etc. Good store.

I initially came in for a possible alignment check. I was never offered a free alignment check as I found out after I paid that that was a service!!! They did not bother to check my breaks or anything during the service and the problem is not solved. Poor poor customer service, and I am very unhappy.

Inconsistent service regarding wait time- 3.5 hrs to ck tire (6/21/18- I left),less than 1hr when I came back and complained and replaced tire under road hazard warranty,; less than 5 min when pressure warning light on (6/19/18?); 4 new tires 2+ hrs (5/2018) Compared to Big O in Healdsburg, who did alignment ck and brakes, shocks etc, .Sonora needs a better system to manage job time, wait time, and emergencies when short on staff and when customer car is not safe to drive

The new protocol of not making appointments after 10:00 a.m. is not convenient. Also, in the past, I appreciated the window sticker advising when tire rotation due. This is no longer done, unfortunately. The new waiting room could use some TLC. Maybe a newspaper, too. Otherwise, all good. Very friendly staff.
