Big O Tires

Service was very good and convenient. The reading for not 5 star is that they did not switch one of the bolts for the security bolt as requested (and confirmed by the person scheduling the work). We realized long enough that coming back was not practical

Once the SR5 went into the garage everything was fine and the technician fully explained the process.

Mark was so nice and so helpful! He most definitely made the experience better with his sense of humor. It's nice to be able to get along and joke around with someone while taking care of business. Angel was also very helpful letting me know what was wrong with my car, and going into specific details about everything.

I had an 8:00am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Its took longer than I thought it should. It didnt get done its after 9:30.

Shanna Kennedy was very helpful, I called in about some tires, she not only answered my questions, but recommend a tire that she uses on her own vehicle and I could not be more happy with the tires I purchased Thank you Brian

Was told 45 minutes. Waited 2 hours. All customers in waiting room were upset with their wait time as well.

Big O has been servicing our vehicles for many years now. We also buy all our tires at this location. We had an appointment scheduled with Big O for oil changes this past visit on 7/10/18. Our appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and we were there in the waiting room for 3.5 hours. I used to have my vehicle serviced at Sonora Ford. I used to pay around $120.00 at Big O, and for some reason I paid $170.88 for same work done in the past. I called Sonora Ford and asked what they charge for the same service and they quoted me $139.95. I will be going back to Sonora Ford.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Stayed late while we waited for our ride to pick us up. The breakdown was a bad way to start vacation, but the staff helped us make the best of it.

My appointment wasn't acknowledged. I was told it would take around 45min to get my alignment done. It took over an hour to tell me I needed it done. The whole point of me going was to get it done. Not tell me it needed to be done. The customer service was very friendly. But it shouldn't take 2hrs to get done. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Had an unrepairable flat tire and they explained why needed to purchase set of four rather than one because of tread differential, even though the other 3 original tires had a little tread left. Got a great deal with buy 3 get the 4th free. They replaced the flat tire immediately (I had removed it from car and hauled it to store) and since it was too late to take it back home and return with the car that day worked us into their schedule the first thing on the next day they were opened. We continue to get great service and the staff are great people to work with. Bill

It's was very busy. But everyone was nice. The only things is they didn't put the tire caps back on my car. If I have to pay $500+ for tires and alignment I would expect to have tire caps. I wasn't offered anything like it says above and I wasn't greeted at my car which is ok they were fully busy

The staff was accommodating, considerate, and kind. The service was completed in a timely manner and my experience was pleasant and memorable. I will use Big O Tires service again.

You took too long b/c u put a trainee on my car and i complained about him to the guy in the boss office. Trainee was crest-fallen when he returned car. Boss needs to give trainee a boost b/c he will be a great employee for Big O Tires to have by next month. Also, it would be better if Corporate gave u faster computers. Otherwise, employees have OUTSTANDING customer service skills. I was really impressed with crew's people skills and higher ups verbal skills

The service at this store is absolutely the best but the prices are not at all competitive for example a cooper discoverer225/70/16 tire here is 173.99 plus tax and at walmart the identical tire is only 111.98 on sale and only 135 regular price, the service is fantastic but not enough to justify that kind of pricing sorry BIg O but untilyour prices can come WAY DOWNI cant afford to shop there

Have used Sonora Big O several times and have very satisfied. Received good advice as well as on time service.

Came for break service and alignment. After almost 3 hours service on brakes done, they forgot alignment. Told me to come back again for that.

Greg is a very knowledgeable mechanic and I appreciate having employees who are long standing rather than a changing employee base.
