Friendly and efficient staff. In previous visits, I had been advised of status of tires, brakes, general check list. That didn't happen and no more windshield sticker reminders. I missed that protocol on this visit, but good visit nevertheless.

Went to Sonora Big O because thought car needed an alignment. There was a bit of a wait but employees were very cordial and immediately explained the possible delay. Because of their communication we had no problem with the wait. As it turned out, we didn't need an alignment. It was a pleasant experience.
