The staff was friendly and accommodating. I needed a tire repair (nail) and was able to get checked in and out in about 45 minutes - which is exactly the time frame I was told.

My Wife and Mother were out shopping when they noticed a very low tire on our car. We had bought the tires at Big O recently so when they called, they were almost across the street and I had them stop. The team at Big O took very good care of them and had them back on the road safely in under an hour.

I brought my car in for a new tire on warranty. The process was super simple and my car was finished a lot quicker than I expected.

Found a nail in my tire just at the edge of the tread so unfortunately not repairable. Team at Big O put on a new tire in about 10 minutes, which was awesome because I was on my lunch break. I will definitely be back. Thanks!
