Big O Tires

I brought my car in for a problem and they fixed the problem, they also offered some other fixes that were obvious and needed. I left very happy, I felt that my car was safer then when I arrived.

I got my tires at the cameron park store not knowing they didn’t tell me about tire coverage and they were super rude. So I went to the Placerville store and what a difference in customer service. They were super polite and helped me fix two of my tires, one had a small leak and the other had a nail in it so I had to get 1 new tire but the person working the front desk was super nice and made sure I was satisfied

They have been helpful to me when ever I go in. My wife had to take the vehicle in this time, and said they were great.

Frank was very courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. When I had a question about axle alignment on my RV, he couldn't do it because of my height he went out of his way to find a place for me that could do it. That was very much appreciated and is what I call excellent customer service. Frank is definitely an asset to the company.
