Big O Tires

Had a big hassle at another tire store in town, so I came straight over to you and got exactly what I needed and over 100.00 cheaper! Thanks and love you guys:)

I came in for a free rotation and balance for my tires on my Chevy Equinox. I had purchased all four tires about five months ago at Big O, so want to make sure I get the best performance from them. The man who took my request, said it would be about an hour... without an appointment! He called me on my cell when they were done, and we went to pick it up. He addressed my presence immediately, and gave me the keys. He also told me that everything with the tires is good! Great customer service, and service on my tires! Thank you, BIG O!

The ease of dropping my car off first off. Followed by the fact that he listened to all my concerns. And was so honest. He didn’t service me for things I didn’t need. I have no idea about car things, so it was refreshing not to be taken and encounter a good person. All while he took care of my car properly.

Overall great experience. This was my second time purchasing tires and I will continue doing business here.

On 2 occasions Big O found the problem with my truck, saw that it had been worked on before, somewhere else. They recommended I take it there to see if they would warranty their work. They did not charge me for there investigation, they just said, if they don’t fix it, bring it back and let us fix it. I respect honesty above all else.

I was able to call a day in advance to get my: tires rotated, oil changed, spark plugs replaced. i was told at the end of my last visit that my mileage had just passed the recommend mileage for spark plug replacement, which was nice. i like the inspection sheet. during the service i got a call to tell me my brakes needed changing and my control arm bearings were shot. i did not change the control arms, because they needed a day to deliver the part but i needed the car for work. i plan on bring it back for the arms soon. brakes were changed with my approval and price was explained.

My scheduled appointment online was in conflict. I called and brought my car in that morning at 8:30. They took my car right away put 4 tires on and did an oil change plus did basic inspections. It was ready by 2pm. The tires are amazing! Josh helped me and he explained it all.

I have my tires rotated regularly, old habit from commuting days. I call for appt get in and out in a short time with the job done for 3000 more miles!!

Polite knowledgeable staff provided expedient service. Waiting area was comfortable and rest room was clean. Appointment was easy to schedule online, service began promptly at appointment time.

Always extremely polite and professional. Prices always seem fair. Wait times usually are not that bad but we usually drop off anyways.
