The former owner of this business was not customer focused. The new owners are amazing. The service is fast, customer-centric and very experienced. They are problem solvers and have saved us money twice by suggestion options that cost less. This has become our Go To Tire store

Have long been a Big O customer after having Les than a good experience & the other tire store . But having bought tires on all 3 vehicles this year felt got best deal from big o tires. On this visit came in for a 4th plug in same tire 3rd in 2 months was told it was to close to sidewall & they were thin anyways had to be all 4 new.i had pick family up @ train station. Your crew was like a race team got 4 tires off and switched out in less than 30 min . The sales guy was amazing also. Did not catch his name.

The man who helped me was very kind and was able to get me in right away. And when it came time to leave, as my two year old lost his patience, he got me out and on my way fast! I had a bad experience with big o tires 15years ago and swore I'd never come back but because of the kind man who helped me and great service of the crew, not only will I be coming back, but I will recommend my friends and family to come by as well.

The customer service was outstanding. I did not have an appointment, but was able to get the service my vehicle needed quickly. I didn’t feel that I was being hit with a sales pitch, that my vehicle needed “extra” work completed. I will definitely be back for any needed service. All employees were very professional!
