I am a very satisfied costumer.

The staff was a tentative and return the vehicle, and the time promised.

It's the only place I go for any tire issues. And it's nice when they have breakfast items there if you decide to wait.

I brought my car there for wheel balance , it was done in less an hour.

Initially, I did make an appointment but James told me I didn't need to and to just drop by. So I did and was met with Michael Arner-very well spoken, calm and knowledgeable person. Mike checked me in and asked which tire I preferred and informed me that they didn't have the specific product onsite but could have them ready the following day. So I came back the following day and didn't need to do anything else but handed my keys. Along the way, while I wait in the spacious and clean waiting area, Mike informed me that my rear brakes needed replacement along with a minor leakage in the shock. I would hate for a more serious problems to arise so I agreed to rear breaks replacement. Although I was aware that the service would take long, I really didn't care waiting. There's a tv in the waiting area and the remote was available for anyone interested to change the channel. In the end, Mike was very helpful from the initial meeting til the service was completed. He made sure I left with all the paperwork I need, including the rebate form for the tire I got. Im glad I got all that work done in a fraction of a day. Thank you Mike and BigO crew.

I was there due to a flat tire and they took really good care of me. They checked my tire and change it for free. As a potential customer, this meant that they care about my driving safety not about making profits, which is more likely to make me come back for my new future wheels.
