Great customer service at front desk. Team members available did very well to intake customers. They were short handed in the shop. Techs were not available until 30 minutes after appointment.

We were on our way to my wife's mothers funeral and we had a nail in the tire of our rental vehicle. Being in a bit of a rush and not knowing how long it would take. We were greeted promptly and the employees got right on the repair. I wish i had the names but we were in and out so fast we didn't get them.
