I brought my car in for a road trip inspection. Mr. Gerald Butler and Greg were able and willing to explain what service would be performed on my car and what, if any, other services could be recommended as a result of the inspection and the cost of recommended services. It was determined that my car is fine for now. It will need some servicing in the near future and we discussed those. I have been coming to this Big O for years now and am always pleased with the excellent service, the clear explanations and the good and honest work.

The level of warmth and professionalism from Anthony Charles was extremely high. And when the job didn't get completed within the wait time he had expected, he did the bit of alignment work for free that the alignment check had indicated my car could benefit from.
