I’ve gone to several Bay Area Big O Tires but to have the best of the best in my neighborhood is phenomenal. I will always support the businesses in my community especially this Big O. The manager Gerald shows empathy and compassion while yet being honest with the best repair recommendations. The entire experience on a scale 1-10 rates a 20. They treat all customers though you are the most important customer. All are treated the same.

One of the staff even came to the house because keys were locked in the running vehicle. I had panicked and he helped me out. Above and beyond expectations.
