Quick service was provided but no details were provided (alignment), was it way out of alignment or mostly ok. Usually I get some sort of detail.

The service is great. It also checks my brake and tires. But it tries to sell me other stuff such as fire plug.

I was disappointed that the crew forgot to put my wheel lock back in my car. They called and wanted me to come and get it, but I asked that they deliver it to me. They said OK, for several days later. (Should be tomorrow.) However I was pleased with the general attention I/my car was given.

I became interested in Big O after seeing an advertisement for an oil change and tire rotation for $29.99. I called to confirm that was the price for my type of car (Escalade) and was told that the price actually was $79 because I need full synthetic oil. When I brought the car in the price was now $113 because it was a "large car"�. I told of the phone quote and they reduced it to $99. Bait and switch.

A tire I had ordered online was not available when I showed up to the store so I had to look for an alternative that ended costing me over 100.00 more than planned. I was not informed of this issue prior to going to my appointment. However, the Customer service rep was very helpful and sorted my needs expeditiously.

Mike was very knowledgeble and patient with questions. The work was performed in a timely manner and the vehicle was ready when he estimated it to be completed.

I purchased 4 tires at your store. They performed a tire repair by patching the puncture and this came as a great surprise because it was free!

Things were good. We were given an estimate for oil change (both in terms of time and money) and it was completed on time.
