Everything was done great only thing I had was the next day the struts for the trunk I bought the parts I wanted you guys to install it no more than 5 minutes and you guys wanted to charge me $80 I'm not really sure if I'm going to come back after that I've been coming there for 2 years now

The staff was outstanding, both the inter-office, and the workers who did the work the communication between myself and the staff Was very pleasant and professional, the way that they made the customers feel very comfortable explain everything thoroughly.

This Big O was absolutely amazing. I came in at the very end of their day just to simply price tires that i needed and the manager beat everyones price we, he and another stafff member educated me on tire selection and i was very short on time frame to get tires so he said we can do this for you now. He had me in and out in about 45 minutes. This guy appreciates and respected me as a woman and helped me to choose the best option. Was not pushy or tried to over sell me at all!!!!!

I replaced my tires, I m happy for their services.

Did a road trip from vegas to Mountain View and needed a quick oil change during my trip. This place was efficient and told me price and time it would take. Friendly staff and weren’t pushy. Told me my brake pads needed changing so will handle that when I’m back in my hometown. I bought tires at Big O in vegas so glad they were able to help me out in Mountain View.
