My oil change was supposed to come with a 21 point inspection and that was not done.

had a screw in my tire came in tech fixed it checked the other tires for foreign objects as well they had several other vehicles in still did the repair pretty fast.also more of your questions need a N/A button...one of your questions was price..free repair from the insurance on the tires but i just marked it as highly satisfied...dave

I was charged for an alignment when everything was in the green before the service was complete.

I came in due to having a slow leak in my front passenger tire, and they checked for the leak and repaired it quickly, for free!

They didn't have inspection report (they said they lost it!), tyres were all low pressure with dashboard lights on, air cabinet filter needed to be changed but they didn't tell me, I doubt they even checked it! Absolute disaster!

Called first to see how long the wait was and surprisingly I was told to come in, arrived an even though they were full a mechanic was ready to take my vehicle. I asked for them to show me old filter and check tires, I walked across the street to put something on my tummy and when returning employee showed me waiting area, bathroom and gave me tv remote.. which was nice because I normally sit outside. This location has definitely became a positive place to visit.

I did alignment plus tire rotation. I was told it would be done in an hour, so I decided to wait. Eventually it took more than 2 hours to finished. I was told it was because my Mercedes is a complicated car. It seems the technician initially didn't know how to do alignment with it. Then others helped him and they need to took off the gas tank cover or something. I strongly questioned about their expertises. That's not over. I found tire rotation was not done properly. Basically the right side tires were rotated but not the left side. I questioned because there's a little stone stuck in my front left tire so that I can tell. Also the outer tread proved the tires were not rotated, plus the Mercedes tire pressure monitoring indicated that. When I questioned, several technicians all told me it's done correctly and they warn me the risk of rotated back. I strongly surprised with their expertises. Since the evidence was so clear to me, I eventually asked them to rotated the left side tires again. However it took me another 2 to 3 hours. I believe they took off the left side tires as I can saw there were scratches on the nuts, but they definitely put back the tires without rotation. Also, I don't think they have good attitude to solve the problem, there was one guy was really rude to me. Other guys were not so willing to help me, but not rude.

I scheduled an appt and received confirmation of the appt by email. However upon arrival at the store, was told they did not have my appt. Nonetheless, I was told they would perform my cars service within 1 hour. After 30 minutes, my car service had not been started. After my asking about this, they moved my car into the garage. The work was complete after more than 90 minutes. I don't think the car service should have taken this long, nor need so much of my prodding to be performed.

Both the person who welcomed me at the check in and the technician who worked on my vehicle were very friendly, helpful and honest. I got the service for free (given I had bought my tires there) and fast. There was an associate at the check in who rushed into conclusions, saying I should have probably replaced the tire, without checking my car... This felt fishy and unpleasant but thankfully the associate who served me was fantastic. Thank you!

The woman that helped me at the front desk (Ali I believe?) was super helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. I was just coming in for a tire rotation and to check for a leak since my pressure light has been coming on every couple weeks after filling the tires with air. I made an online appointment at 4:00 PM which didn't go through on the system, but I spoke with Ali on the phone and she said the computer wasn't letting them set up my appointment but they had time for me. I showed up and gave them the keys and then was informed that my rotation would be $12 per tire. (Not a big deal, I bought the tires at a Big O in Reno, and they always give me free rotations, but I expected to pay here.) Apparently there were only two mechanics in the bay and they were having trouble finishing the work they had schedule. I got to the store around 3:50 and didn't leave until 6:15 which seemed extremely long. Especially since a lady came in after me for an oil change and was in and out in about 45 minutes. When I got my keys back I was informed that they didn't have time to check the tire for leaks but that it just needed air. Usually I don't write reviews on service but I was a little upset that my tires weren't checked for leaks since that was the main reason I came in. Service up front was great however! Hopefully you guys get the kinks worked out since I overheard that you are a new store. Thanks.

Todd was very pleasant, helpful and explained everything to me. He gave me prices for other future work that I asked him for. I was in and out in 50 minutes or so, very happy!

It took waaay too long. It took nearly 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This wasnt with 20 people ahead of me. Next time Im going to go to a faster oil change place. I didnt know oil changes required a full afternoon. Also tire pressure light can on after tire rotation. Thanks

I am a African American woman, I went in for oil change and regular checks that come with that. I realized the tire pressure light was still on and was told it should go off after I drive for a little bit, then I received a call stating my wheel locks were not put back on. When picked them up I brought up that the tire pressure light was still on which was days later, the employee said oh let me have someone check it - which tells me it was NEVER initially checked, turns out sensor has went out, as well as the Oil Change sticker was never put in my window to inform me when I need to change it again , which makes me wonder if it was ever even done! Very Disappointed

I come here for everything because there is transparency, no up-selling, and they don’t provide a service if I don’t need it.

Poor customer service, 2 hours for a 20 minute oil change that was rushed when they only had 2 cars in the garage while I was checked in

I showed up without any announcement with a my car on a tow truck! Had a busted back right tire. I came exhausted from waiting for 3 HRS for the tow truck to show up and pick up my car. However, Tai Do and Stephen Brooks made me feel much better very quickly by taking my car in for a repair right away! The shop did not have the exact tire replacement for my car, but they did have a compatible pair of tires. That was the last pair available -- I was very lucky and felt a huge relief! They even gave me a discount when they learned I was an unemployed school teacher! Very grateful for that! I got two brand new tires and the service was quick and superb! :) Have been enjoying my new tires greatly ever since! I feel my car has got a special boost and drives like new now! Note: I forgot my credit card at the shop and they called me to let me know. Amazing team and outstanding customer service overall! Will recommend this shop to all my family and friends!
