Big O Tires

There was an extra item "Tire protection plan" on the estimate I did not ask for as I scheduled the appointment :( This item was removed later. Had to take back the car for alignment adjustment, because the FR RH wheel's weight fell off after a day. The guys fixed it in 20 minutes. They were friendly and helpful.

Friendly , great coustoner service

Tire was changed, is in good condition and relatively fast. The service though, while not rude, was certainly not friendly nor welcoming. I was left waiting with only a very short - "we'll be with you shortly", having all team-members on their computers and no other customers in the office (no smile and hardly any eye contact). It felt cold and transactional. The trash bin was also very full, and since it's a see-through bin, it gave the impression of an unclean place.

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and I will continue to return. All of the associates are polite, communicative, and don’t talk to me like I don’t know anything about my car like other car places I’ve been to. Nothing but great things to say.

Service was done as it was supposed to and both front desk guys were very nice. I was however told it would take 1-2 hours but literally took over 3 hours. I was bored out of my mind in the waiting room watching the comedy channel Fox News.

The staff was great

Despite having an appointment and arriving on time, I had to wait for 3 hours to get 4 tires installed. It took almost 2 hours for them to even start working on the car. I specifically scheduled an appointment to avoid losing so much time. I rechecked the torque on the lug nuts after I drove it home and found many of them to be over 100 ft-lbs, which far exceeds the recommended tightening torque. I would not recommend others to visit this store.

I came in and was greeted nicely! It was busy. However they said for my oil change 1.5-2 hours of a "wait"� "� luckily I live close to your business so I Ubered home. However I usually go to jiffy lube, they do an amazing job every time and take 20 minutes. Including wipe windows down, VACUME, tire air, oil change, etc etc etc. After waiting for 2 hours I never got a phone call and could not wait around anymore because this already made me late for work. SO I showed up, my car was ready. I got in my car and none of the oil status meters on my dash board or tires were reset. I went back in and asked them to do that.... then took my car immediately over to jiffy lube to make sure that my car was checked over properly. They said oil change was done/good but only one of my tires was filled with air. They then did that. Wouldn't be coming back due to the long waiting without any communication and laziness.

This is the third or fourth time I've purchased tires at this Big O tire location and it has always been a good experience.

These tires were designed to require a specific "inside/outside" mount. There was only one way they should be mounted. My pre-purchase research made me aware of this feature so I mentioned it to the manager upon arrival. He said: "oh yeah...one side is black one is white.Do you want white lettering out?". NO.... there was no black or white. This was a very specific tread design critical for the performance of the tire, particularly in a mud situation. I pointed it out to him. He told me he would make sure the installer would do the right thing. I went out I to the garage to make sure he did, indeed, point it out. My general thought? "You've got ONE JOB. You sell tires!". Ironically, that thought when I was looking at a sign in the waiting room.... "BIG O....The team you can trust". I guess not this team.

Great service and did a great job mounting brand new wheels and tpms in a quick time. Also friendly and clear communication even though the store was very busy

Clean store, didn't feel like I was going to be scammed with recommendations for things I didn't need, but a lot of communication hiccups that made the experience less satisfying.

I wish I remembered the young man’s name. But he was awesome which made me a very happy customer.

When I picked up my car, they forgot to mention that work was incomplete and I had to go back. I only found out when I asked for the detail paperwork. Previously, I had an oil change done too and they forgot to reset the maintenance reminder so I had to go back. Overall, work has been sloppy.
