Honest, respectful, friendly, knowledgeable, fast, economical service. I don't feel like I'm getting scammed when I bring my cars here for service. The personnel are this store's best asset.

Friendly, fast, efficient persons working at this location. This was a repair of a flat. Tires purchasted there in 07/2020. I would definitely use this location again.

Great service by Big O Tire

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The oil change, lube, filter and tire rotation took just 30 minutes. I will definitely be back as well as letting others know.

The service associate was friendly. Using my phone number he was able to pull up m records so check-in was easy and I was in and out within an hour. He also took the time to review my bill with me and show me everything in my car was fine (brakes, brake fluid, tires, filters, etc.).

They were quick. Which was great because I had a toddler with me, and forgot my stroller! Car is running beautifully!

Matthew was so helpful when I called to ask about pricing and tire choices earlier in the day and spoke with me priced everything for me and made it so I was able to come in same day!

I know the guy who checked me in and collected my payment was just doing his job, but I was being pushed to buy tires a few times when I didn't need them. I only came in before work to replace my wipers and to use a groupon for an oil change. I'm glad they gave quick service though!

Store managed to get the Tires that I ordered online quickly and promptly called me to come in for the installation. Quick turnaround.

Good experience at this location and received good explanations of what is needed for repairs. The only problem I see is that the person in charged collecting the payment needs to be more customer oriented and be professional.

Car runs great now! Easy to drop car off, it was ready when I got off work.

The work they did was good but not the way they did it. The salesperson who helped me measured my tires and said I should get new ones immediately. So, of course I did. I realized when I got home that my tires would have lasted quite awhile longer. Then I had a Groupon which I told him about but he didnt look at it until the end. It was not acceptable at his Big O Tires so I not only lost what I paid for it but had to spend another $70 for the wheel alignment that I had the Groupon for!!

Very easy to schedule, and Troy was patient while answering my questions and providing quotes for the service. They finished on time and were very professional and accommodating throughout. We will definitely return for our next services and recommend them wherever possible.
