Big O Tires

Excellent customer service. Was in and out in under two hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment.

People were friendly and helpful. Explanations were thorough. My tire had a nail in it and could not be repaired. The tech's explanation matched the written explanation on the counter. I felt confident that the service recommended was necessary. I trusted the people giving me the recommendation.

Service was great. They're customer friendly. I'll continue to bring my car back.

made appoinment online recieved confirmation took car in had service performed shop called said car was ready, the only downside was the price of oil change was not what I understood in the ad. otherwise completely satisfied

The time to put on new tires and an alignment was less than what I was quoted. Everyone was very friendly.

Was not able to get the tires of my first choice. I was not able to get any knowledgable expertise on selecting tires so I selected what I am already familiar with. But the speed of service was awesome though! The tires I ended up picking were not at the store so they called the nearest big o tires and got the tires I needed. Awesome speedy work.

I have been using Big O tires for many years but when I moved a Big O Tire shop was not close. so when this store up I took my cars there. The service is great, great employees and fast and reliable service!

I had 2 tires from Big O and 2 tires from America's Tires. Big O price matched and for only $2 more per tire I got a 55,000 mile tire compared to the competitor which their tires were 40,000 miles warranty
