Good service good price on tires! The staff was very friendly and they had a good attitude! Communication was so so! I had to call them for status on vehicle, I entered vehicle description on the big o tire website and it said tire size was 255/55r18 so that’s what I ordered but it was wrong actual size was 215/55r18 my fault for not reading the tire so I had to wait several hrs! Even though there was a small hiccup they worked with me, and I didn’t get any sort of attitude from anyone there. They are awesome and I plan to come again and get a set for my other vehicle

One of the three sales persons was saying “No, not going to happen, not a chance”. Not once was he a positive representative for your business. I hope he I valuables in some other ways because he almost lost you $1300. The other two Kaila and Kevin saved the sale. Kaila was all over it was a positive attitude, she said I can make this sale happen. She tried! Made an effort! That effort paid off. Kevin supported her and he stayed after to see the job through to completion. You are lucky to have those two polite and responsible people working for you. Also I have to say “Thank you” to the gentlemen that worked on my truck. They did a great job!

This is probably the fourth time I have used the shop. Employees are always helpful, and courteous. From walk in to finished .

To be honest, i feel like they pulled a fast one on me to get me to buy a tire. The guy that helped me was extremely friendly but he kept saying over and over again "i really hope your tire is repairable". My tire was aired up when i came in and i simply expressed that "i feared i may have a nail in it". But i noticed it going low in Sacramento over the weekend. I drove it all the way home without any problems and drove it to and from work on Monday. Tuesday morning i came outside and noticed it flat. I went to big o to have them check it for the "possibility of a nail". After a long time of it being in garage, Terry finally brought in the tire and told me i needed a new tire. He showed me nail was in tire at a "severe angle and close to side wall". It just seemed weird to me that it would be in at such a severe angle and why it took so damn long to show me. I think if the nail had been there, i wouldn't have made it all the way home from Sacramento without it going low. I feel likei was scammed simply because I'm female and they wanted to make a tire sale. The customer service provided was good. He was very friendly, but the way he kept telling me that he "hoped my tire would be repairable" just seemed off. Now if i ever get a flat again, I'm standing outside and watching them pull off the tire and show it to me immediately.

I felt the sales representative was trying to up-sale me, stating there was a charging light that came on my dash, i'm very attentive to my vehicle warning lights and that's why I brought it in for service(oil change), but I have never seen the light come on for the charging system and still haven't yet. I feel they were trying to sell me a $650.00 alternator
