My Dad started using this shop 30 years ago. He passed on about 17 years ago, but my Mother and I keep going back. You won't find a more honest, dependable and trustworthy group of professionals. Tony has NEVER tried to sell me something I didn't need. I know I can take my care there for a simple oil change and come out with just that. "If" he says I need something taken care of, I know that I do. He will even tell me if it is urgent or it can 've put off a little. He also, even remembers my name EVERY time I call and/or come in. I pray he out lives me, because that kind of trust in this day and age is extremely hard to find.

I have visited this location many times due to the heavy commuting i do for my job (180 miles daily roundtrip) Ive been helped by Kaila Wulff many times and she makes everything easy to understand and smooth. If theres ever any problems such as tire inventory stock. She has promptly been able to suggest alternatives to what tire I wanted and helped me get new tires right away. I truly appreciate her efforts and customer service every time ive come so far! I will definitely be coming back to this location for any tire related service.

We were in a huge hurry to get on the road and we noticed our front tires were bald. We went to Big O Tires and they had us out within 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and friendly staff.

Everything was great and quick. I had a flat repair and my normal rotation done. When I did get home I noticed the spare in my trunk was not bolted down. The bolt was just left sitting on the tire =/

First, they answered the phone on the second ring on a Saturday. Second, they were really friendly over the phone, explaining time and costs. I arrived Monday morning about 40 minutes before opening (I work graves). I waited while staff arrived and gave them time to settle in. Amazed, they opened a bit early, inviting me in and got right to work. Then before I was expecting it, my truck was up front and ready for me. Finally, I paid a very reasonable price compared to my local Les Schwab that wanted over 2 times the cost and 4 hours to complete it. Thank you so much!

I stopped in on a rainy day almost 100 miles from home. I was treated immediately with a courteous manner. My car was taken car of and I was safely back on the road.

Friendly staff, I liked being called by name and not just another customer. I forgot I had locks on the lug nuts and they found them in the trunk while I was out and just didn’t wait for me to return. That would have delayed my schedule for the day.
