I highly recommend this place! They are GREAT! My son's car broke down so we had it towed to Big O Tires for repairs. I called and spoke with Tony, talk about awesome customer service. He told me they would look at the car first thing in the morning. By 8:15 am I received a call from Tony letting me know what the issue with the car was, he sent me pictures of the broken parts and was very honest about the repair costs. Repairs were done the same day! We picked up the car and it is running great! Thank you Tony and team at Big O Tires! I will definitely refer friends and family here for honest and friendly service!

The counter person explained everything to me and exactly how much it would cost me. On the day I went to take the car back for the ordered parts they were able to quickly and cheaply do the task. Kaila Wulff was the person I dealt with and she did a great job.

I have my favorites, and those guys are always put on my vehicle, thank you!

Every visit the staff does a full inspection of my car, and I trust the staff more then any other machines I have brought our car to.
