The whole crew at Big O are very professional and have excellent customer service. I have been going to this location for a couple years now and every time my experience is the same.

I keep going back to this location. The workers that attended me in the past were always very courteous and helpful. Every time, I left with a good deal, good tires, and a good feeling. Reason enough for me to go back when I need a good set of new tires.

Your staff is always friendly, personable and helpful. A big shout out for Daniel, who always remembers our names, which car, etc. Sean is very helpful too. You must be good managers to be able to keep such a good staff. When something occurs with one of our cars, having Big O and Daniel there makes our decision easy every time. Keep up the good work.

The place was clean. The people were all courteous and efficient. The service was handled quickly and completely.

I called to make an appointment and was able to be seen within 30 mins to get an oil change. I was in and out in about 50 mins. They were also helpful in getting me a free tire rotation and also let me know how much was left on my front brake pads. There were a bunch of flies swarming in the front lobby, but that may have been due to all the smoke from the current fires and they are looking for cleaner air. There are also quite a bit of cobwebs in the corners of the store that can be easily taken care of with a broom. It's the little things. But it wasn't my first time going and won't be my last. Thank you for the good service.

Have been to Big-O twice now for repairs and/or product advice, both visits have been the best car related customer service experiences I have ever had when dealing with car issues. The staff very promptly helped me out, carried good conversation and was thorough with helping me about pricing. They also gave me a great estimate on my brakes if I needed those done in the future. It was about half the price compared to the previous estimate I got elsewhere.

I went in for an oil change. Very prompt & courteous service. Knowledgeable also. He helped me figure out which kind of oil my car had been using. He did not try to sell me something I did not need - I appreciate that. I will return for future oil changes.

The team at Big O Sebastopol is fantastic! They are so helpful and polite. It truly is a pleasure to go into the store and interact with those guys! Not that I wish for my car to have problems, but when it does I know I can count on them.

I have been a valued customer since I was 16 years old and I have seen many managers go through. Today I went in to get the air pressure in my tires checked. I was going to go to a different store, but I didn't feel comfortable with that so I drove the extra 15 miles to go into Sebastopol to see people I trust and people who always make me feel important. It was a quick service, but as soon as I pulled up Juan was checking my air pressure and I was on my way. I would recommend anyone who needs to get their car serviced to go to this shop.
