Great service and price. My only complaint was that at the end, there was a comment about a "bubble" on one of the tires, and I wish it was pointed out to me when I checked out. I discovered it at home, and they assured me it was not important.

Marvin and Javier explained how the tires are warranteed for their life because I bought the warranty here, but once the tread is low enough I do have to buy new ones and then pay the warranty again on those, is my understanding.

I do not have a lot of time because of my work hours to fit in an oil change. Big O said they could do one in the morning hours. When I told them I work all day the gentleman said he could give me a ride there and back. I did not know they did that, but my hours do not work for that service. Anyway they gave me an appointment for the same evening I called. I was asked if I had any other concerns and I did, they checked out my vehicle found nothing. I really appreciate the time that they took for my request and I am always happy with my services.
