I came in for an inspection because I had a drive start control malfunction light on my dash, and they ended up finding that it was a transmission range sensor. They told me they couldn’t fix it, and that they would charge me nothing for the visit. I really appreciate how quick they pulled the code, let me know, and now I can take steps forward to get this issue fixed at a toyota dealer.

Your prices for an Oil Change beat out anybody in town. You are locally located, and I like to support local business. The shop was IMACCULATE! High praise. I sat and read a book while waiting, so that nice. I'd MAYBE drop the volume of the music a tad but the tunes were good.

I do not have a lot of time because of my work hours to fit in an oil change. Big O said they could do one in the morning hours. When I told them I work all day the gentleman said he could give me a ride there and back. I did not know they did that, but my hours do not work for that service. Anyway they gave me an appointment for the same evening I called. I was asked if I had any other concerns and I did, they checked out my vehicle found nothing. I really appreciate the time that they took for my request and I am always happy with my services.
