Those guys super friendly curtious honest fast I own D's Diner in Sebastopol and they drop me and pick me up free and very welcoming The owner and all staff are great people

The manager was knowledgable and honest. I was in a vulnerable position and could have been easily gouged (rental car flat tire, late in the day, running late for an appt) but they fixed things at a great price and quickly!

My only criticism is when you quote the price for an oil change over the phone you should state that this is the coupon price. In the end you honored my $10 off coupon, which reflected great customer service, but to avoid this happening with other customers I suggest being clear on the phone. The service I received was upbeat and respectful, and I recommend these new owners to anyone looking for auto service or tires in Sebastopol.

Owner Edward and Manager Sean were extremely accommodating and responsive to an untimely Mini thermostat issue on a Friday at 5pm! Within 24 hours of drop-off, they diagnosed, communicated, got parts and the mechanic did a great job. All with professionalism and cheerfulness (much needed when one is irritated with inconvenient, expensive car problems that make you feel like the sky is falling). When the check engine light came on a few days later, they again managed the diagnosis, picked me up from work, and handled it again with good heartedness and a detailed explanation (nothing was wrong afterall). Big Up to Big O!!

I've been coming to this Big O for the last 6 months and have had a very good experience. My last visit was for a nail in a tire that I had recently bought from Big O. They were extremely busy but had me in and out within a couple hours. I have the Big O credit card which was offered to me at my first visit, and they seem to know me now so the card wasn't offered to me for that reason. They have a great, friendly staff that I trust with my car repairs.

Javier was professional, knowledgable, friendly and efficient. I showed up at an online-booked appointment in the late afternoon. He found some fancy tires I needed a few counties away and got them into the shop and the car back to me in under 24 hours and the whole process was quick and easy. He explained my options clearly and professionally. I was out the door at noon the next day with my specialty order complete. Thanks Big O tires.
