Big O Tires

The gentlemen were especially courteous and fixed my leaking tire within a short time on that day. There was no cost since I had bought the tires there. There was no need for them to offer me a free alignment or anything else since it was just a tire leak and they had previously done an oil change etc. They have always been extremely helpful at this shop.

I went to Big O for an oil change. They took one look at my car and could tell immediately that a tire was misaligned. Not only did they offer a free alignment, but the mechanic, Nick I believe, gave me gloves and showed me how to tell where the wear was on my tire. Incredible service, very good people. Thank you!

I needed four new tires and a front end alignment and they could accommodate me within two days

Shaun handled my battery issue well by phone. He was knowledgeable and professional and provided great customer service. The battery was ready and in his hands when we arrived at the shop. Very satisfied!

I always have a great experience with this shop. I can usually get an appointment the same day. They have good stock and prices are reasonable.

The guys at Big O are my go to spot here in Sebastopol. Always polite, always professional, it's nice to know they're here and that I can count on them. I came in the other day with a completely flat tire that needed to be replaced. They had me out the door in about 1/2 hour, complete with tire rotation. I'm a satisfied customer.

Great service and knowledgeable crew

Even though there are closer BigO locations to my home, we service all our family autos at the Sebastopol location. The attentiveness and professionalism of the team make it worth the extra drive. Everyone from the floor team to the service bay techs are friendly and competent on the wide range of age & make of our family fleet.

All good but at least top off the oil of power steering pump. I called and they said bring it back , I will. You need to tell the tech to check other stuff it will be nice to check al fluids

Sean and his team always take care of me and that's why I recommended my dad to start taking his car there. I live in santa rosa, but will drive to Sebastopol (not that it's far - I have one right down the street from my house) to get my car taken care of!!!!

Completely professional service in all respects

I was very impressed by Edward, the owner. He was very good at explaining the options and gave practical advice about what my car needed and didn't need to get me back on the road safely. He graciously gave me a ride to and from Ives Pool while my car was being worked on. I appreciate the positive experience and wish them good luck in building their business.

Efficient, timely, helpful, friendly

I had an appointment for a flat repair, but they were super busy and it looked like a long wait. (It was a hot day and I had my grandchild in tow.) However, they made time for me, and b by the time I had walked to the grocery store for a snack and back they had finished the repair. It meant a lot to me and I really appreciate that they looked out for my individual needs of the moment. Thanks, Big O!

Sean is an amazing manager. He's been so helpful to my Fiance and I. In our small town, we really appreciate the work that him and his team do. Absolutely fantastic customer service.
