Good choice of tires, matched competitors price, Javier and Saoul clearly explained why alignment and tire protection were due to poor local roads. My only dissatisfaction was seeing one value in the alignment numbers out of range, so had go return next day for realignment.

I didn’t realize how worn my tires were until I checked the pressure in the morning. I stopped by Big O later that same morning and Javier Garcia ordered the tires I wanted from the warehouse and made sure the new tires were installed that same afternoon. My safety also seemed important to him which I appreciated very much. Great experience. Thanks.

Service Manager was great! He really took care of us and ill be back for sure. I am in the car business and it was really nice to be taken care of. I get services at cost at my work, however they really were so nice when I came in that I paid more to go to Big O and by choice! They have a great thing going here, don't loose that Service Manager, or ill get him a job making more money!

Javier Garcia not only managed to locate and order the specific tires I wanted and had them delivered in a timely fashion, he and his crew quickly got them installed on my car. And Javier accomplished all of this in one eight hour work day! (Try doing that at Tire Pros or America's Tire. You'd be waiting days, maybe weeks!)

Staff is extremely courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I very much appreciated the coffee, snacks and comfy chairs in the lobby. Excellent set up! I never would have thought to get an oil change at a "�tire place', but after a groupon brought me in I'll definitely be coming back!

Location is so convenient, they are very responsive and quick, and they do multiple services at once including oil change. I've always had a good experience with this location in Sebastopol.
