Hi Everett, I met you yesterday while waiting for the Mini Cooper fuel pump problem. My wife and I have been using the shop's services for several years, and it has always been prompt, accurate and respectful. The last few visits have been less than that, unfortunately, and I am hoping that it will improve. A fiat oil change and rear brake plight replacement took a couple of hours, after being told it was only "30 minutes". Apparently the bulb wasn't in stock, and the store sent the wrong bulb. The mini was to have been left out so I could have picked it up on Sunday and go to a meeting; it wasn't necessitating me to make alternate travel plans and being late by an hour. And, it turned out that the pump installed was faulty, necessitating another trip here this morning. So.....not entirely happy. Maybe have a check step to make sure the equipment is working before installation?

I made an online appointment for 9am for an alignment. I received the store confirmation via email. I even called the store directly to verify the online system worked properly. I showed up the day of my appointment 5 minutes early and checked in. The man at the counter told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I assumed he meant the work would take that long. No, after an hour of waiting my truck was still out in the parking lot. Please do not offer appointments if you don't follow them. I wasted valuable time on a day where I had a lot to do. The work performed was satisfactory.

No problems with the oil change but it did take 1 hour and 57 minutes one hour passed before they brought my car into the garage to start working I had an appointment at 2 and left at 4:15

Unfortunately I am unable to write a positive review of this establishment. yesterdays service was the fourth time that I needed to bring my vehicle in regarding breaks that were installed a few months ago. Every time that I brought my car in I was given a different reason for why I am still having issues. At this point I do not trust anything I am told and I will be looking for a different place to have my car serviced.

I had a scary noise in my car. I dropped by on a friday afternoon, they assessed and fixed the issue without an appointment, in a timely manner, and with great customer service! I'm now likely changing to BigO for all the car service needs I can. Very thankful and impressed.

I have been going to big 0 tires for over 10 years and the last 2 years have been very disappointing. Poor communication, poor work done. Repeated visit to fix issues.

We made an appointment for 11 AM and service didn't even start until after 12:15 PM. Waiting over an hour and a quarter when you have an appointment is unacceptable "service."�

The location is close to my house and close enough to down town that I was able walk and get lunch and a cup of coffee.I was told it would take between one to one and a half hours. It took a little over an hour.

I was there for a Lyft inspection. The first time was on 10/1. I was told I didn't pass inspection because my rear brakes had less than 3mm left. They offered to do the brakes for me. I declined and told the person I would take my car to my regular mechanic. My regular mechanic checked the rear brakes and said they were all above 4mm. I told him to go ahead and replace them because I wanted to pass the Lyft inspection without incident. I brought it back on 10/8 and it passed, of course, with the new brakes. I feel that someone at the Sebastopol Big O tires was being dishonest in order to be able to do a brake job that wasn't necessary. I did notify Lyft about what happened. And now I an notifying you.
