We are fortunate to have a "Big O Tires" on our town. They helped us through all the steps to make good decisions after our rear left tire was shredded by a large wood screw. The group were very professional and accommodated us in a very, very timely manner.

Try and go the extra mile. Offer that free alignment. That would have been great. As a woman I feel intimated around car issues. I don't always know what yo ask. I like free!

They forgot to rotate my tires! AGAIN...

Had my car towed to Big O due to brake failure. Big O personnel explained how to arrange the tow truck and they were expecting the tow truck when it arrived. The brake inspection was timely and the explanation for the brake problem was clear. They told me I did not need brake work so I wasn’t charged. I feel they are honest people. I also told them my wiper fluid did not work. They checked it, filled the fluid tank and replaced the cap, also at no charge.

Overall the service was fine. big deductions for being quoted 2hrs but they finished at 4hrs.

I have used Big O for years but recently the brake service on my daughters truck was done poorly and I have felt the staff try and up sell you on things that might not be necessary. I was told that I needed to replace the front struts and rear shocks as a factory recommendation. When I looked up the service manual there is no recommendation to change these items on a regular schedule just to inspect and change as necessary. I will be trying the other local tire dealer for my next set of tires to see how there service stacks up.
