Wonderful staff and service at the Sebastopol location! I have had bad experiences with a different location but had paid for a 3yr service agreement so I was stuck with Big O. Until today I did not want to do business with Big O again. Christopher was a game changer. He went above and beyond, was friendly and professional, fixed a problem that others could not, respected my appointment time and completed the service in a quick and timely manner. I will gladly go back to this location

My service person was Christopher at Sebastopol, CA. Store. He helped me through the process of fixing my car, kept me updated, and kept me within the budget that we agreed upon. My 2006 Tahoe had a very difficult electrical issue and he stuck with it until it was solved. I felt like I had a partner who was interested in solving the problem, and I would definitely do business with him and return to that store.
