I relayed exactly what I wanted done and they performed the task with ease. I received a call after diagnosis and was told that no problem could be found, and the scheduled work was completed faster than I thought.

Manager Joshua Secretario communicated fully and even showed issues of the vehicles to us. He respected us and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. The rest of the team was very friendly and worked very hard to get us back on the road safely and swiftly.

Jason (I think) was awesome! I came in initially for a quote on new tires after having been quoted elsewhere and told to "check back" every couple of weeks because they did not have the correct tires on-hand. When I spoke with Jason he was able to not only recommend some great tires for my vehicle, but install them the same day. They were also about $200 less expensive than the other quote I received. I will be coming back to Big O Tires for my tire needs! Thank you!!

The team was very professional. I went in for an oil change before leaving town. With the free inspection they found my brakes were very low. Showed me the pads. I was traveling through very windy mountain roads. This could have been tragic. May have saved my life.
