Big O Tires

Always great service when I go to Big O!

They were helpful, quick, and efficient. They, specifically, held off on our tire rotation to so that the healthier tires aren’t on the front, but gave us credit for when we get new tires installed. Moreover, as a female I never feel talked down to or passed over at Big-O (here and at other locations), I am treated as person/equal; it is refreshing, appreciated and rare.

I am always treated well at Big O. My go to place for all my service needs. It's not just for tires.

It’s really friendly place with really friendly staff and really clean waiting area. The price is really reasonable. The mechanics are very help full and they explained everything very well.

Excellent customer service

Your people were very professional. I dropped in for an oil change that I purchased thru Groupon. It saved me at least $10.00. I got an appointment for a few days later since they were very busy. I live just up the street. I always look for coupon"�s where I can save a little Off the regular price. I will be back if you offer any more coupons etc...

Joshua secretario Took the time to actually go over multiple tire sizes and different tread types with me while I was waiting for my tire repair. He was extremely thorough, explained everything in a way I could understand, and even manage to work in an upsell LOL I will definitely be coming back and I will be bringing all of my business to you from this point forward

Had two alignments done. They were on time, explained the work and showed us the before and after test results. Also inspected our tires and gave their opinions on the condition.
