Thanks for getting me back on the road.

I am very happy and satisfied with the excellent customer service I receive. Store's cleanliness;- it was clean but was very surprised of the many sets of tires that were in the store itself. Some in the waiting room also.

Had a blown tire, stop by Big O just before closing. had what I needed and twenty minutes later I was on my way. great price and service.

Today I went here because I thought I needed a tune up an shocks. After my car was looked at I was told I do need shocks, but tune up was not necessary. Immediately my car was worked on, a minor issue came up as they were working on car I was called an it was also fixed. I'm very happy with everyone I met there. Customer Service is everything an just on that alone will keep me coming back. No matter your need please give these guys a chance. Thank you Norman, an Eain. I know I spelled names wrong sorry. took grand daughters car for flattire; was not able to repair; overruled by daughter to take vehicle to different shop; exstreamcourtesy by staff; will be back for my needs
