Job was completed in a timely fashion

Had a driver side front flat, unrepairable, early Sunday morning they took me in and changed my two front tires and had me out the door quickly. Great price and great service.

all of the customer service representatives at Big O Tires are always very helpful and provide great customer service. I have gotten my car serviced at Big O for the last 4 years and never had any issues. I highly recommend this tire shop.

Ian the service rep is outstanding.

My first time here and I had to bring TWO cars on the same day. One with an appointment for a drop off and another one that I just asked if I could bring it in. I don't remember the two gentlemen's names but they were so helpful and very knowledgable of their tire products. The only thing I could say was that for one of the vehicles, the spare tire wasn't put back BUT I can't blame them since even I would've had a hard time trying to figure out where it went and how to put it back being that it was under the car for storage. Other then that, I would definitely return and I'd recommend everyone bring their cars here for service.
