My tire was special ordered and I had a noon appointment for installation the next day. At 10am I got a FYI call that my tire arrived and we were on schedule. This is great service.

My name is Jason. I came in for an appointment yesterday on the 30th, but the tire had not been delivered yet. The associate clearly told me that they would not be here till 6pm and I didn't have the time to do wait. I told the associate if I could get the tire change done on the next day, and she said yes! come on in at 7am tomorrow. It is the 31st now and the whole Big O Tires team changed my tire and did a free alignment check. The desk associate, Sandra, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the services and products offered by Big O Tires. She recommended that I replace the rest of my tires for a full set of Sumitomo wheels, and to give Big O Tires a call when I am ready. I will definitely be giving a call back because the service I got at this location was above and beyond.

Found metal in my tire and patched it. The cause was missed by my Subaru dealer twice! Thank you!

Had my tires ordered and ready to go. Communicated that with the directional tires I ordered I need one mounted left and the other right. Overall time from drop off to completetion was less than an hour.
