Excellent, speedy service and friendly employees!

This location has new management and it shows.. The previous management would not communicate clearly with customers, including pricing and status of vehicle repairs, so I would have to chase someone down via phone to find out what was going on with my vehicle. They also treated the customers as if the customers were an issue or a hindrance to their job, when customers ARE their job. This new management understands that, without customers, there is no work to do.

They do a great job for their customers. I recommend them highly.

Agent was very friendly and helpful in finding the tires we needed. We waited with the car and everything went smoothly and the time spent there is not long.

I was lucky to be helped by Bradley M. He is the guy who helped me many times in the past and I know that I can trust him. I wish that he would be available anytime when I have “car things”; unfortunately, he works only 3 days a week. I think this place is very lucky to have Bradley; customers need people like him every day.

I always come to the Benicia store and love it. They understand exactly what my requests are and follow through with them each time. Ill go out of my way to only go to this store.

Brought my car in for tires. Prior to bring it in I talked to rep Marcus about what type of tire I could get and if I could get them that day. He checked and called me back and said I could. I brought the car in at 3:30 pm and they started working on the tires. Upon inspection I was called about the brakes. He quoted me a price and I agreed on the work. I picked up the car the next day. Overall I'm satisfied with the work performed and the timing.

I had a flat tire. I brought it in and within 1.5hours they had it fixed and ready for pick up.

Reps know the product, clear in their explanations. Price is about the same as competitors. Per reviews of the tire I purchased, most stated they re noisey, as opposed to rep who disagreed. Time will tell. As to whether I will go back for service, per the extra service in the protection contract, yes.

Quick turnaround and good service

Ted Boyer is a terrific person, great service guy, salesman and took care of an emergency I had. My battery and alternator died 5pm on Friday 8-25. By SAT 8-26 he got all parts and labor done around 2PM. Fantastic! Please triple his salary!! I have referred many friends to BigO Benicia!

Mechanic (David) is the best! On more than one occasion, he's definitely been the expert. Herbert, Zack were always there to discuss options and tackle the challenge that my hybrid presented.
