Big O Tires

Was driving to LA the following day and needed new tires on short notice with no appointment. Took care of me right away.

They were straight up with me in terms of possible complications because of my lifted vehicle. I told them my primary concern and they made sure address that although they recommended some replacements because of the rust. I enjoyed it, truly.

Great job on my wife's van brakes and my pickup tires.

The person who helped me, Ryan was kind, patient and knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. The job was done fast and price was right. (Toyota Dealer wanted to charge for the same job $ 300 more!) Big O Tires and customers need more service people/mechanics like Ryan!

This was our 3rd time having our car worked at this store. The guys who work there are very pleasant and friendly. They have a free shuttle service, so I love it that I can go home while they are working on my car without having to wait there for hours. Special Thanks to Kelby as always! The store was able to repair my tire without an appointment

I have three vehicles and currently have had all three serviced at Big O Tires, Benicia. Two weeks ago I had my third car serviced. I was shown what was wrong with my vehicle and offered suggestions to choose from.I was not pressured into making a decision on the spot.Customer service was wonderful.

I scheduled with Big O for a wheel alignment...I had expected to leave the car for the day, but was pleasantly surprised to have the car back by 10:30 (my appointment was for 9am)...So, the service was fast, friendly and will definitely be a return customer as needed.

The people who work at Big O are always friendly and knowledgeable. We had gone to the dealership first, but they were going to charge us a fortune. Big O gave us a much more reasonable price and my car is running better than ever.

We had several things we needed to have checked out on my son's car.They were able to adress them all; they even tracked down a door panel to exchange for one that needed to be replaced, and the car is more than 10 years old.They are clear about estimates and finish in a timely fashion.

I needed tires for my Toyota Avalon and did some shopping around for the best tire and price. I decided on Michelin as I have had great luck with them in the past. After I found the best price I called my local Big O and they matched the lowest price. They set me up with an appointment for the next morning. This saved me a trip out of town and a lot of time. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted immediately. The staff was polite and professional and the shop was very nice. They offered me a ride home and said they would call when my car was ready. To my surprise they called in a couple of hours and said my car was ready for pickup. The entire experience was awesome. I would not hesitate to recommend Big O of Benicia. Great job, and I'll be back next time I need your services. Thank you.

I dropped my car off for a nail in my tire. Your friendly staff came right out, did their assessment, and checked me in. In a little over an hour I received both a text and call that my car was ready. I came back, checked out and drove home with all four tires as good as new!
