Big O Tires

This is the third car we have gotten a new battery in and all from Big-O. They fit us into the queue and got it done faster than we asked for! These guys are great.

Everything was laid out before I made the decision I did. My car was back to me in half the time I was quoted. Tony did a great job.

Big O is the only place to go for tires and car service.

Overall everything was great however when I walked in to collect key car I stood in front of someone behind the counter who seemed to be working on something but he never once looked up at me or acknowledged me. I was about to say something the the gentleman who had been helping walked out and greeted me and took care of things. That kind of annoyed me but the person directly helping me was great and shook my hand and thanked me for the business as a new customer.

I walked in the door and was immediately waited on. Very friendly person, gave me his name and shook hands. I only needed new wipers with installation. He did the job in about 15 minutes and sent me on my way. Also checked my tires and filled them with air. I occasionally stop by to air my tires, and all of the employees are always very helpful and friendly.

Marcus is a very fine gentleman. He is efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.I would also like to commend Herbie who checked my battery and gave me a printout. He is also efficient, polite gave me service in a timely fashion.

I have been buying tires and receiving Auto service from Bog O for many years. They never disappoint me. Great price for quality tires. Just down the road from home so easy and convenient as well as friendly and courteous staff! They even stayed late to finish when they got busy at the end of the day.

When I walked in 12/7 around 1130,am store was very busy people waiting to see an advisor There were four advisor two were helping people the other two seemed to play a paper shuffle or would go in the back Ryan Hessler assisted me as soon as he finished with his customer He was courteous quick and efficient. He said he needed to order two tires and asked if I could return the next day. When I came back he took care me quickly While I was waiting for my ride I witnessed him taking care of customers at a 7-1 ratio over the other advisors and was much friendly than the others
