Vehicle was not completed in the timeframe promised. It was 5 hrs later that the vehicle was ready eventhough I have an appt at 9:30am

I needed tires and they are close to my home.. they were done when promised and I love my new smooth ride.

I really liked that Tony helped me from the moment I spoke to him on the phone to walking me through what was going on with my tire to explaining the need for new ones. I woke up on Tuesday to a flat tire. Not how I expected to start my day. The team at Big O got me in and out pretty quickly with two new tires and new brakes all around. They even walked me out on the service floor to show me the condition of my brakes do that I could make an educated decision.
